Both the parties would mutually agree upon the scope in writing. In case of any deviation in the scope during the process of development from TOUCHNOLOGYS, a written request would be submitted and an addendum to the Project Plan along with the change in costs would be submitted to TOUCHNOLOGYS for approval.
The formats for the various documents to be provided to TOUCHNOLOGYS will be as per the standards adopted by GOLS. However, if TOUCHNOLOGYS needs these documents in a particular format, those will have to be provided by TOUCHNOLOGYS.
